Who does the work
Our Landmen LLC is an independent landman company led by Gerald (Jerry) Ward. landman.expert is how it takes work from counsel in disputes.
- Principal landman
- Gerald (Jerry) Ward. Runs the conflicts check, does the record work, writes and signs the report and gives testimony on it.
- Records research
- Done in house, with our own software for searching county indexes and organizing instruments. Every instrument cited in a report is read from its image.
- Qualifications
- A CV comes with our reply to the conflicts check.
