Conflicts check and request

This form asks only what the conflicts check and the calendar need. Only the case type, the court, the parties, your name and email are required. The merits come after conflicts clear.

What happens next

  1. We run the conflicts check on the parties and tell you by email whether we can take the matter.
  2. If we can, the reply comes with a CV. Then we talk through the assignment and send a scope letter: assignment, lands and records, deliverables, schedule and fee.
  3. Work starts when counsel signs the letter.
